2. Information we may process
- Brand and content information: brand names, product descriptions, creative instructions, uploaded reference videos, analyses, planning documents and scripts that users choose to provide.
- Authorized TikTok account information: subject to the granted scopes, TikTok identifiers, display name, avatar and public profile details.
- Authorized TikTok video information: public post identifiers, titles or descriptions, publication time and available engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments and shares.
- Optional account statistics: follower and other account-level counts, only when the relevant scope is available and granted.
- Technical records: connection status, sync timestamps, task failures and minimal operational logs needed for troubleshooting and security.
3. Why we use information
We process information to display connected account details, organize content, synchronize permitted video metrics, show historical trends, support requested AI-assisted features, troubleshoot failures and protect the service. Access to TikTok data is limited by the app's approved scopes and the account owner's authorization.
4. TikTok authorization and control
Connecting a TikTok account is optional. The TikTok account owner must authorize access via TikTok's own consent screen; BrandPilotAI does not request the TikTok account password. Authorization may be withdrawn using TikTok settings. After disconnecting, you may separately request deletion of stored TikTok-derived data using the contact below.
5. Third-party processing
When users explicitly use AI features, user-submitted content or prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers configured for those features, such as Gemini and DeepSeek. TikTok account data is not automatically considered approved for unrelated AI processing. The operator must verify all actual transfers, processor arrangements and disclosures before making the service publicly available.
6. Storage, security and retention
During local development, the application is intended to store brand content and synchronized metrics in its local application storage. If hosted services are later introduced, this section will be updated to identify material changes. Information should be retained only while necessary for the requested functions, troubleshooting or legitimate legal obligations. Specific retention periods, deletion workflows and backup behavior must be confirmed against the deployed implementation.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not intend to sell TikTok account data. Information may be disclosed to infrastructure or AI service providers only as necessary for features used and subject to applicable agreements, or where required by law. This statement must be reviewed if the commercial model or integrations change.
8. Your choices and requests
